Title: ZKOL Season 2 - ZTX Token Rebate Incentive for Community and Creator Chain Token Season 2 Airdrop Initiative
Proposal Date: November 10, 2025
Summary
This proposal aims to allocate 100M $ZTX from the community fund to extend $ZTX incentives for ZTX community in Season 2 of the ZKOL Streaming Program.
The core idea is that every whitelisted wallet that tips $ZTX to ZKOL-verified Streamers during livestreams on ZTX streaming site: https://live.ztx.io/, will receive $ZTX rebates from the funds released by this proposal, in order to boost circulation and utility of $ZTX in the broader markets.
Simultaneously, the amount spent by whitelisted wallets will count towards Season 2 of $CRTR airdrop. This ensures two layers of value from this proposal: the direct $ZTX rebate and the Season 2 $CRTR airdrop allocation.
Furthermore, this proposal aims to cement value creation for the ZTX ecosystem by transferring any unused portion of the budget from ZIP 002 and the current ZIP 005 to the X2E pools to finance additional ZTX rewards and incentives.

Rationale
After the launch of ZTX’s own streaming platform and the onboarding of multiple ZEPETO Creators and Streamers, we aim to continue incentivizing and rewarding participation on the platform from both the ZTX community and the broader audience.
During ZKOL Season 1 (powered by the previous ZIP-002 proposal), ZKOL Streamers have been hosting weekly livestreams, with each ZKOL attracting hundreds of unique viewers during this period. These metrics are on par with many of the top-level virtual streamers in ZEPETO, and also on par with streamers on many popular Web2 streaming platforms. Most of these ZKOLs have been receiving thousands of dollars worth of $ZTX donations.
$ZTX tippers, on the other hand, are enjoying the streams while receiving a 75% rebate on their tips plus a 1:1 $CRTR airdrop allocation. This has resulted in 40M+ $ZTX tokens being donated to ZKOLs in the past few weeks, and is exhibiting an upward trajectory for token usage.
Once Creator Chain is live, we plan to kick off Season 2 of ZKOL Streams to further boost usage of the ZTX Streaming platform, adding value to both ZTX and Creator projects by offering the following rewards:

50% $ZTX rebate for whitelisted $ZTX tippers - To whitelist a wallet, users have to fill out a form on Creator Discord server

Allocation for $CRTR airdrop Season 2, with the ratio TBD pending the price of the ZTX/CRTR trading pair.
$ZTX rebates are capped at the total amount of the funds approved under this proposal. Since this proposal seeks to allocate up to 1% of $ZTX total token supply from the Community Fund to finance the 50% rebates for users, if total $ZTX tips during ZKOL Season 2 surpass 2% of the total $ZTX token supply, those amounts will not be eligible for further rebates
$ZTX token rebates and $CRTR airdrop allocations will be subject to a per-wallet limit.

Proposal

Allocate a total budget of 100M $ZTX Tokens from the ZTX Community Fund to be used for monthly 50% rebates to $ZTX tippers during ZKOL Streaming Season 2, which is planned to run for approximately 2 to 3 months following TGE of $CRTR.

Transfer any unused portions of the $ZTX budget (from ZIP 002 and the current ZIP 005) to the X2E $ZTX main pool
The selection of eligible ZKOL Streamers, communication and their onboarding process will be managed by the ZTX team.
Implementation
Governance will initiate the process for the ZIP-005 feedback and voting.
If the proposal is officially approved via Snapshot:

100M $ZTX tokens from the Community Fund will be allocated as rewards to users who tip $ZTX to ZKOL-verified streamers on the ZTX livestreaming platform.

Distribution of the 50% $ZTX rebates and $CRTR airdrop will occur monthly.

At the end of Season 1, any unused funds from ZIP 002 will be transferred to the $ZTX X2E pool, while the same will occur at the end of Season 2 for any unused funds from ZIP 005.
