Title: ZTX Token Rebate Incentive for Community and Creator Chain Token Airdrop Initiative

Summary
This proposal aims to initiate a major $ZTX incentive for ZTX community members.
The core is that every whitelisted wallet that spends $ZTX in the following Designated Campaign will receive $ZTX cashback from the funds freed by this proposal, in order to boost circulation and utility of $ZTX in the broader markets.
Simultaneously, the amount spent by whitelisted wallets will count towards the upcoming Creator chain token airdrop ($CRTR). This ensures that there are two layers of value coming from this proposal - the direct rebate of $ZTX and the $CRTR token airdrop allocation.

Rationale
Following the success of ZIP-001, where we:

Onboarded over 30 ZEPETO Creators - ZEM! Creators - with a combined following of 11M+, who created content around ZTX game and its Playtests.

Onboarded Asset Creators who designed ZTX wearables for the upcoming ZTX Mobile App.

Introduced these ZEM! Creators to Web3 through simple and basic crypto tasks.
We are taking the next step by orchestrating a new Designated Campaign, which will spotlight ZTX Streaming and onboard even more Creators from ZEPETO, and potentially outside ZEPETO also.
Virtual avatar livestreaming as a feature in the ZEPETO mobile application has been a huge success over the years. Dubbed ZEPETO Live, this virtual livestreaming feature generates $100K~$1M every month in donations/tips to ZEPETO streamers. Moreover, tens of thousands of DAU use the Live feature to watch these virtual streams, making this one of the most loved products in the metaverse.
To test out the above thesis in crypto and also test the ZTX Livestream application that we already developed, we partnered with several ZEM! Creators from ZEPETO who conducted many streams over the last several weeks as ZKOLs (ZTX KOLs).
These ZKOLs have attracted several thousands of dollars worth of $ZTX donations per individual, and garnered many viewers to a level that matches the top ZEPETO livestreamers. As we get ready for ZTX Mobile application launch and the upcoming Creator Chain launch (the two launches will happen simultaneously), we strongly believe that a Designated Campaign centered around ZTX Livestreaming will boost creator onboarding while the new viewers/users will add great value to the overall ZTX brand and Creator chain initiative. These new viewers and creators will naturally be teed up to onboard the ZTX Mobile application when it goes live in Q4 of 2025.
To briefly touch on the Creator chain initiative and how it relates to this proposal:
ZTX is the flagship application for Creator Chain. While Creator Chain will onboard other applications as well, ZTX will be the most valuable product on the chain. Therefore, a minimum of 5% of the entire $CRTR token supply will be allocated to $ZTX stakers on Steer, to be airdropped in 3 monthly tranches immediately following TGE (expected Q4 2025). Also, a minimum of 5% of the $CRTR token supply will be allocated to ZTX Genesis Home NFT holders, to be airdropped in the same fashion. Snapshots of $ZTX stakers and Genesis NFT holders are taken on a weekly basis to ensure OG and committed community members are rewarded.
(While specifics cannot be revealed, the $CRTR token has taken one single investment from a major strategic and technical company that values the FDV of $CRTR at a USD 9-figure valuation. However, the strategy for $CRTR TGE is to design a retail-friendly launch that rewards OGs, community, and favors retail instead of institutions - in terms of the FDV, float, and vesting schedules)
In addition to this general airdrop allocation strategy, this ZIP002 proposal and its Designated Campaign will offer additional upside to receiving the $CRTR airdrop. The Campaign consists of:

Creators streaming via the ZTX Livestream application (the livestreams will be watchable on our partner platform Soulbound)

To robustly operate the above campaign, we propose utilizing the Community Fund to:

Offer rebates to users/viewers who tip $ZTX to Creators during streams (the amounts donated by viewers will directly count towards each viewer’s $CRTR airdrop allocation)

Offer Designated Campaign rewards to Creators who stream on ZTX and promote ZTX to ZEPETO users via Bonus Campaigns

Onboard additional ZEPETO Streamers and Creators to generate content around ZTX and promote it to ZEPETO users
$ZTX Rebate and $CRTR Airdrop Allocation Plan

For every 100 $ZTX tokens tipped to Creators from a whitelisted wallet, that wallet receives back 75 $ZTX tokens. However, all 100 $ZTX tokens donated by that wallet will count towards that wallet’s $CRTR airdrop allocation.

The ratio of $ZTX to $CRTR tokens in the airdrop initiative is 1:1. This means that if you have donated 100 $ZTX tokens through this Livestream initiative, you will also receive 100 $CRTR tokens. The total token supply count is the same for $ZTX and $CRTR. So if you have spent 1M $ZTX tokens on donations, which is equal to 0.01% of the $ZTX token supply, you will also receive 0.01% of $CRTR token supply.

The airdrop will be split into multiple tranches, with the first tranche occurring at $CRTR TGE.

$ZTX token rebates will occur at monthly intervals.

$ZTX token rebates and $CRTR airdrop allocations are capped at the amount of the funds approved via this proposal. Since this proposal seeks to use a maximum 1.5% of $ZTX supply from the Community Fund to finance the cashbacks for community members, up to 2% of the $CRTR supply can be claimed through this initiative.
Creator Rewards via Bonus Campaigns

Content Creation on ZEPETO: Offer $ZTX rewards for each piece of ZTX-related content posted and promoted on ZEPETO during ZTX activations.

Cross-Platform Sharing: Award $ZTX rewards for sharing content on additional social platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, or Twitter during the Designated Campaign.
Proposal
Allocate a total budget of 180,000,000 $ZTX Tokens from the ZTX Community Fund:

150,000,000 $ZTX Tokens to be used for the 75% cashback to ZTX Community members

15,000,000 $ZTX Tokens to be used to execute Creators/Streamers onboarding for the Designated Campaign

The Selection of eligible Creators & Streamers, communication and their onboarding process will be managed by the ZTX team.
I am also interested in the virtual avatar livestreaming. It feels like a good niche to target in crypto.
