**ZIP Number:** [ZIP-006] **Title:** Community Funds for $ZTX/$CRTR Liquidity Pool and Incentives on Creator Chain * * * ## **Summary** This proposal aims to allocate **$ZTX tokens from the Community Fund** to establish a **$ZTX/$CRTR liquidity pool** and provide **liquidity incentives** on **Creator Chain** , once it goes live. _To understand more about ZTX governance, check this [full tutorial](https://ztx.discourse.group/t/creating-a-ztx-improvement-proposal-zip-rules-and-guidelines/18)_ ## **Rationale** With the launch of **Creator Chain** , it is essential to ensure liquidity for trading $ZTX on the Creator Chain. A well-funded **$ZTX/$CRTR liquidity pool** will enable users to seamlessly swap between tokens, support healthy market dynamics, and strengthen the overall on-chain experience from day one. Creator Chain has already pledged to match or surpass whatever liquidity ZTX will provide into the $ZTX/$CRTR pair on Creator Chain. The main trading pool for $ZTX on **Creator Chain** helps to achieve the long-term goal of building a self-sustaining, on-chain economy powered by active community participation. Existing Arbitrum-based ERC20 $ZTX on CEXs and Arbitrum-based DEX pools will remain the same, so that trading is never affected. This step to inject liquidity into the Creator Chain ZTX pool is to strengthen the presence of ZTX on Creator. Liquidity incentives also play a crucial role in attracting and retaining participants during the early growth phase of a new chain. By offering **$ZTX rewards** to liquidity providers, the initiative can encourage broader participation, deepen liquidity, and help maintain tighter trading spreads and lower slippage. The goals of ZIP-006 are: - **Drive adoption of $ZTX on Creator Chain** — by ensuring sufficient liquidity from launch. - **Provide rewards to liquidity providers** — through incentive programs that encourage long-term participation. - **Strengthen the $ZTX and $CRTR token economy** — by supporting native liquidity and reducing dependence on external exchanges. ## **Proposal** Allocate a total of **60M** **$ZTX Tokens** from the ZTX Community Funds to be distributed as follows: - Tentatively **50M $ZTX** to be added as liquidity to the $ZTX/$CRTR pool on Creator Chain on designated DEX venue(s) - Tentatively **10M $ZTX** to be distributed as incentives to $ZTX/$CRTR liquidity providers over a period of 3 months. ## **Implementation** Governance initiates the process for the ZIP-006 feedback and vote. If it gets officially approved via Snapshot, the following steps will be executed: Migrate **60M $ZTX tokens** from the Community Funds from Arbitrum to Creator Chain upon its launch and tentatively allocate as follows: - **50M $ZTX** **tokens** for **liquidity** in the $ZTX/$CRTR pool. - **10M $ZTX** **tokens** for 3 months as **incentives** for $ZTX/$CRTR liquidity providers on designated DEX venue(s).
